placed against a wall, and we measure from the wall to the end of the
toes. Width is measured across the widest part of the sole, side to
side.

take your best fitting boots, and compare them to the measurements
provided above. Comparing your foot measurements to the above
measurements will not give you an accurate comparison. Please remember
that boots with a very rounded toe will meaure differently than boots with a pointed toe.

We ship within one business day (after being paid, of course). We don’t ship out on week-ends or holidays, as our children and dogs would never see us if we worked week-ends as well. But if you desperately need it sent on a Saturday, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. If we can’t ship out on schedule, we’ll contact you and let you know.
We ship via USPS Priority mail within the contiguous United States, and USPS Priority and Express mail for international shipments. You’ll receive a confirmation number from usps.com upon shipment of your packages. If you don’t receive an email containing a confirmation number, let us know.
